“The kitchen and bath designers at Artisan Design Tampa have more than 25 years experience and can meet any budget and any design requirement. This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! Overall a great experience and a good team of people to go to for expertise in the industry and honest answers to your remodeling and new building questions.”

“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“Stress Free Construction did a great job on my home in Tampa, FL. I was very happy with the design process. They built it on time and on budget and I haven’t had any warranty issues in the year since it was completed. The post-closing punch out list was completed per our agreed schedule. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Stress Free Construction.”

His positive attitude and wide experience inspired our confidence and helped us remodel a 2000 sq. ft. home located in the historic district of Tampa. He and his co-workers did beautiful work and solved problems without work delays. From mid-June until December (2011) our project moved from bare studs to finished perfection.”

“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

“We hired Strobel Design Build for two projects: 1. rebuild an enclosed sunroom into an open front porch (Fall of 2012); 2. rebuild/remodel kitchen (currently in progress). We choose Strobel Design Build for the rebuild/remodel of the kitchen after the excellent job on the rebuild of the front porch. In both cases, Don Strobel sat down with us to discuss the design of both projects, took time to discuss material options, and gave us a schedule regarding each step of the process. He listened to our expectations and assisted us in fine tuning the details that fit within our budget. Don Strobel's experience and knowledge was invaluable when finializing the details on both projects. Due to the fact that our house was built in the 1930's, adjustments were made as needed when structural issues arose. Don is hands-on and checks on the work of his workers/subcontractors on a continual basis. It is the expectation of Don Strobel that all workers/subcontractors are professional, courteous, efficient, and provide high quality workmanship. In addition, the area is cleaned after each day of construction. The front porch is beautiful and we have received many compliments by the neighbors. The kitchen rebuild/remodel (with approximately 3 weeks until finished) is exceeding our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Strobel Design Build and would highly recommend Don Strobel and Strobel Design Build for any construction project.”
