“The company is reliable, trustworthy and versatile. They are perfect for working couples who need someone to call upon for almost any type of maintenance or remodeling job. I have used them for painting, window and door replacements, carpeting and hardwood refinishing and housecleaning. They even got me out of a jam when my water heater died two days before I was hosting 16 people for Thanksgiving.”

“Soumitra Banerjee (from Theta Homes) spent numerous hours, architect'ing and providing us with various designs for our new Covered Front Porch. He then went out of way to contact the county to make sure what is and is not allowed. Together we finally came up with the design that met all parameters. He then also went out of way to find the best quality/design materials (with intrinsic details) from suppliers at the best price. We later found that he compromised a little too much on his bottom line profits. Overall, an Excellent Job, Theta Homes!”

“We searched high & low in RVA for a local craftsman who could bring our vision of a porch swing alive. After several non-returned calls to prospective fabricators - we searched Houzz & found Thomas Trades. Reviewing their online portfolio gave us a vibe that they could handle a variety of fabrication & carpentry we were seeking. After a month+ long contact, interview & design consultation period, we were delighted that TTLLC could provide us an idea that is partial to our modern taste while still extending our home's wood/metal characteristics out onto the porch. Both John - artisan & his partner, Rain - design coordinator - provided design guidance & patience as they led us from what we thought we wanted to what we actually wanted. The proof are in the attached photos. We couldn't be more delighted in the outcome. Simple. Elegant. All ours. We are truly 21st century discoverers who love technology. And to be able to locate TTLLC via the web & conduct design business in a modern way sure beats the old fashion way of beating the bush & seeing who shows up much less return our phone calls. We recommend Thomas Trade LLC - for their modern professionalism & world class craftsmanship.”

“My husband and I chose Charles Ross to build our new home based on the firm's reputation for quality and our meetings with sales staff. They did a terrific job and we just love the new house. We continue to be impressed by their willingness to handle small issues. They insist that all subcontractors adhere to their level of high standards which takes a lot of the stress out of the building process.
