“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. “The Gault Design team took a picture I shared with them of a metal bar with hooks that I wanted made. They brought the vision to life with a beautifully made powder coated bar that I believe is made better than the one in the original picture. It is constructed so well. “Environs Residential did repair/replacement on our guest bathroom. The finishes and design are perfect. The vanity comes from design seen on houzz as well as the use of pendant lighting over vanity. We love the 3 tile selections, paint color, wood stain. All elements have come together to make a special bathroom that fits our mid-century ranch house. This is the second bath renovation and third project that Environs has done for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the work.”

“Anyone who works in SFH REI knows how difficult it is to find a good vendor. Look no further! US Legacy is by far the simplest vendor to work with. They were my go-to GC when I worked in renovations, and upon switching to a new company, I was pleased to find that their maintenance department is just as reliable!!! They work quickly; never overestimate with unnecessary repairs (huge plus when working in REI); communication is fast and clear; provide market pricing (many times even below market prices); work is completed on time, within budget, and always good quality. They even have an appliance repair team that handles ONLY appliance repairs, which means repairs get completed sooner than expected. I could not over-recommend them! Great team of people working here, keep up the good work!”
