From day one they listened to our needs, immediately made design suggestions, and instilled in us a sense of confidence in their experience. Since then they delivered an amazing design with thoughtful suggestions for materials and energy efficiency. They continue to be open to revisions and helping us discover what it is we are ultimately wanting in our new spaces. Michael and Beth will not be building our project but they will act as consultants to help us select a builder to build a high quality project at a reasonable cost. They sat in on one meeting so far with a prospective builder and their experience shined through immediately. “Allowing Ralph Locklear and Southeastern General Contractors to build our home was a very good experience. Ralph really cares about his clients and only wants the best for them. He offered the best advice for us from beginning to end. He wasn't about offering us services we didn't need just to make more money. Ralph was honest, respectful, and always kept a great attitude no matter what the situation looked like. My husband and I were very satisfied with his work and we have showcased our home on several different occasions to show off his wonderful work.
