“I interviewed three companies to build a sizable retaining wall, extend my stairway, level my backyard and lay turf. It was clear from the beginning Cornerstone was the company for the job. John, the owner, spent time studying my runoff and erosion problems, asked excellent questions regarding my preferences, and built a wall that is the envy of my neighbors. Workers were tidy and vigilant in their labor, products from the stone to the turf are top quality and the entire process was the most seemless I've ever had with a major building project. I wish I had known of Cornerstone years ago. From beginning to end I was made aware of every step in the process. Especially as a single woman, I felt safe and well served. I am already planning more projects due to the success and ease of this one.”

“We were looking to replace an existing Tiki Bar structure and to build an actual outdoor kitchen in a very challenging space (because of how the pool was situated). Our neighbor utilized Ron and his company a few years prior for a home renovation project adding 1,000-1,500 sq feet in additional space. We loved the work and once we knew Ron did outdoor kitchens also, we were sold. If you 1) want it done right and 2) want it to look like it was part of the original footprint - go with Ron and Fred Parker Company. If you want it to look like an add-on, select someone else, Ron isn't for you. He and his team take great pride in your project. I can't imagine going with anyone else other than Ron; the professionalism is second to none. Our only complaint, we didn't do the project sooner!!!”
