“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “Pierlugi managed the renovation of my bathroom and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. He is a pleasure to work with, with excellent communication skills. Throughout the build, he went above and beyond to ensure the renovation process was as smooth as possible with minimum disruption and it is clear that he is an expert in his field, able to guide and advise on every technical aspect. He is also a perfectionist and commands the highest standards of work from his team which is visible in the finished room, which is impeccable. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Pierlu Projects again and I hope he will be available for the other renovation work we want to do as he is the best of the best!”
