“NEWLOOK Development completed an exterior masonry repair on a property that was listed for sale by a bank located out of state. An exterior brick wall required a structural repair above a large window and then repair of the masonry wall. NEWLOOK was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable and came out quickly to bid the project. They were willing to work in the winter conditions as well. Because they have engineers on their staff they were also able to provide a report at the end of the project. The masonry repair was done quickly and the repaired area was perfectly matched with the existing wall. The sellers were extremely happy with the work NEWLOOK performed”

“Michael Menn designed and constructed with the help of his experienced pool of subcontractors the kitchen of my dreams in an older home that I love for both its tradition and its memories. It is a pleasure for me to come down in the morning to a space so much in keeping with the style of our home and offering me at the same time all that is in modo contemporary for the our time. Michael Menn is a gentleman who honors his word amd his contractural agreements. He was always available to me and responded promptly to any and all concerns or questions that I may have had. Michael is in addition someone with whom one could easily make a lasting friendship. BDS Design Build Remodel

“BDS construction did an amazing job "bringing to life" a vision we had for our dining room. Customized beams (workers cut and assembled these outside in the middle of winter!), wainscoting and paint were included in our project. The workers were neat and very "perfectionistic" in their painting technique and in the care taken to keep our home clean while working on the project. It is now my favorite room in the house. in addition, we had immediate help in partially finishing our basement ( to separate play area from utilities) after a house fire. Our home has very low ceilings (home is over 100 years) and we thought we could never finish or partially finish the space. With a small space to work with, BDS framed and put up dry wall including three different types of custom doors to provide access to the furnace, laundry facilities and work space. BDS once again worked with our ideas offering many options design and price. Overall, the work was completed in neat and timely manner, communication was excellent, and the collaboration of ideas for our final design was great!”

“Tom Len is a superior builder as well as a very hard working,thoughtful and kind man! His staff is also amazing! He is always there for every request or question! He never disappointed us! We have known him since the year 2000 when he built our first home. We moved a few times since and he has done numerous projects in addition to building out my husband office! Tom Len goes above and beyond to this day!”
