“We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

John Ingram, the project manager keeps in touch to make sure that we are satisfied 3 years after the house was completed. That is what I call great customer service! “I've now had Smartland handle three jobs, all big, at my home. They've previously restored my floors after a flood and rebuilt my garage after a neighbor drove into the back of it. Now they've also replaced all my siding, over the entire house. It was a tricky job, not least because, after the siding was damaged by my neighbor's accident, I had to deal with two different insurance companies over the cost and coverage issues. Smartland did more than contract for the job--they handled all the negotiations with the two companies. My house looks great!”

“We had Tom build a new home, a ranch, to plans that we got from a friends (whose home he also built some 10 years earlier.) He did a great job managing the contractors, communicating with us, etc. The work was very good, and we are very pleased. The real test though, is AFTER the house is "delivered" to the new owners. Here, Tom really excelled. We had the usual little things- nail pops etc. and he took care of them fast, without complaint and the work was done well, In a few cases, we had a problem due to our own fault, and he STILL took care of those things as well. A good business transaction, done in a friendly way. We could not ask for more!!”

The work was done in a timely fashion, even the time it was an emergency they were on the site the next day to assess the situation. The work was always done with our budget in mind and we never went over the amount agreed upon. A delight to have them in our house working. Will use them again soon.”

“This is a top-notch company. Mike and Jim are smart problem-solvers, creative thinkers and great people. They brought skilled artisans to work on our major renovation which resulted in a wonderful new kitchen, truly the heart of our home, in our beautiful old (1923) home. It was important to us to have the new kitchen feel appropriate to the period architecture of our house and it does. This was a very large project and could have been beset by frustration, delay and poor communication. Instead it was a smoothly managed project that gives us great pleasure everyday.”
