Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. “If you are searching for a company to remodel your bathroom, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! Jerry Moreno is honest, professional and was a rock star throughout the entire project, it's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction; his attention to detail and his forethought allowed me rest easy knowing that Jerry would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. BBJ's professionalism was unmatched, and they've definitely earned a customer for life as I will be going back to them for any future projects that require a contractor.”

Kim and her team have worked on designs ranging from a single room up to multi-million dollar whole house projects that encompassed ground up construction and specifications of finishes, furnishings and fixtures for the interiors and exteriors. It is obvious that when working with her that Kim takes pride in listening to her clients and designing to their wants and needs not to a product or style that might be in her business’ best interest. She has always been very professional in her dealings with both her clients, business partners and suppliers. “I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”
