The decorative wood trim on my 35 year old Tudor style home was slowly deteriorating not to mention the moisture that was eating away at parts of the synthetic stucco. Bryce immediately determined that aluminum 'flashing' was needed where the stucco met the brick. He also suggested using Windsor boards to replace the trim which has a lifetime warranty. The newly installed trim really freshened up the exterior and looks original to the house while the aluminum flashing has eliminated my water issues. Bryce also enlarged two single casement windows to double casements and again, they look original to the home. Finally, his clean up is absolutely meticulous.
