“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

“We worked with Refresh Renovations to repaint our home interior. Chris and team did a great job. Very responsive to all communications, handled all of the bids and scheduling. There were some minor touch ups required, which Chris addressed the same day. The work was completed in a day, rooms were left clean and our kids were able to sleep in their own rooms the same night. Very happy with the end result!”

We recently purchased the condo and found an issue with one of the drawers and sought out Joss to support us on a fix. “The Jack + Mare team were great to work with from start to finish, from design to putting art back on the walls. My job was a kitchen remodel that ended up including updating much of the house's plumbing & replacing the patio roof, and I appreciated their creativity, patience & good humor throughout. Everything was so clean at the end of the day you could hardly tell anyone had been here. They respected my budget limitations and were great at explaining issues and presenting the options for resolution. I always had enough information to make a good decision, and I never felt pressured to go in a particular direction. The contractors they brought to the project were real pros but I appreciated that J+M were always involved. I love my kitchen! It is full of light and beautiful cabinets, and there is no wasted space!”
