“Jon has completely surpassed our expectations. With only a month before our building work was due to begin, we felt confused and conflicted about the best layout for our home. We found Fresh Living through Houzz, and what an absolute godsend! Jon listened carefully to everything we needed and saw possibilities in the space that we simply couldn’t see ourselves. Thanks to his clever design, what was originally going to be one utility room has become three practical spaces: a pantry, a separate laundry room and a cloakroom. We didn’t think this would be possible. Jon is incredibly creative, knowledgeable and brilliant at making every inch of space work. “Ben has designed a modern extension to our 1930's stone built house, using his outstanding vision to a produce a sympathetic design. He liaised with our landscape architect to produce superb views from the extension into our garden. Throughout the project he has been extremely helpful and supportive, readily available by phone or face-to-face for valuable advice. Ben's calm, consistent, methodical manner has been invaluable, helping to navigate the project to completion. He is very personable, knowledgeable, hard-working and trustworthy. His personal characteristics are no doubt the reason why he has such a wide range of professional contacts.
