“We have engaged Dolphin to design and build our dream home on Kiawah Island, SC. We are currently half way through construction. So far we are very pleased with the services provided by Dolphin. We worked with Noel over a prolonged design period (our choosing) - she had great patience and constructive input on design for our unusual plot. Dolphin drove the ARB approval process which was ultimately quite painless (we had expected this to be much more difficult). Prior to breaking ground, we started work with Catherine Anne on the endless decisions (everything from kitchen appliances and faucets to hardware and tiling). Catherine Anne made the whole process easy and and kept us on track. Once construction started, the Dolphin team kept us updatd regularly (important as we live in the North East and have only been on site 3-4 times during construction. Overall - so far very happy that we engaged Dolphin - we purposefully chose a design / build company and would highly recommend this experienced team.”

“Undertaking a large renovation project is fraught with stress and anxiety. That is unless you have hired High Tide Construction. The preparation, attention to detail, daily communication with updates, photos and reviews, coupled with a pleasant, intelligent, honest owner (Ali) provided a wonderful experience and beautiful renovation! Ali was here during the entire process with his great group of hard working experienced workers and he made suggestions and improvements throughout. The entire experience from his design to completion was a great one- he finished early and within budget! I wish there was a 10 th star in the rating! We contacted him after we saw a neighbors home he renovated. He is the absolute best and we were so lucky to find him!”

“Sherri Nester completed our personal residence in January 2014. It was a big undertaking with many unique features and custom requirements. My wife and I could not be happier with the results and we love our new home. Sherri has such skill at creating a home that is timeless and prevented us from making many trendy choices. She designed the home, built it, chose the finishes, colors, and did all interior design work and furnishings. Instead of having to hire different professionals and coordinate them all, she provided all these services and with perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend Sherri to anyone that is designing or building a home. She is truly a professional who has earned our utmost respect. Paul and Laura Walker”
