“We are very satisfied, repeat customers of Tony Cuellar, owner of Accolade Construction. In 2010 Tony created a master bath, giving us a master suite and guest bath, by creatively reconfiguring an existing bath, part of a hallway and an old linen closet. The work was the highest quality. We subsequently sold our home of 20 years and downsized to a small 1925 Spanish style bungalow. The house had been benignly neglected for 40 + years. Tony, together with a local architect completely remodeled the house, managing to keep the feeling of the era but modernize it and help us utilize every inch of space. The remodel included replacing all plumbing, electrical and hvac systems. We now have a tankless hot water heater that also powers our radiant heating system. My husband likes to say we bought a roof, foundation and a few support beams. Tony is good at turning problems into positives. We had hoped to keep original front windows but ended up having to replace all because of dry rot. He suggested we raise the ceiling height, add a beam.. These changes gave the living room a feeling of charm and spaciousness we had not thought possible. The skilled labor he employees....ie tile, plasterers, electricians, painters etc are professionals committed to quality. Tony is very proactive about schedule changes, ie custom windows behind schedule...and in general providing information on unexpected conditions and the trade offs/costs and design changes, needed to address the issues. We would not hesitate to employ Tony for any future projects. We believe Accolade Construction is synonymous with creative, quality work at fair prices.”

“Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions. I highly recommend Erik if you are looking for a great team that does top notch work and keeps you very close to what is happening and strives to give you exactly what you want. They are super. Some of the work Erik did in our home is featured on his site today under "Whitaker"”

“Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! Easy to communicate. Highly recommend!”

“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.”

“Working with Ofir and her crew was a great pleasure for us. They were very sincere and discovered a different technique to do the task, which allowed them to stay under budget. Their work was of a high caliber and was done neatly. The lines of communication were open, constant, and transparent. Professionalism was evident throughout, and agreements and reporting were crystal clear. Communication was constant. The crew did a good job of cleaning the house before leaving and showed respect for our residence and daily routine.”

“5 stars to Decor Builders! Thank you so much to Guy and Decor Builders for remodeling my bathroom, I was thinking to do my bathroom for a very long time but I was really nervous about the process and didn’t know any contractor I could trust. Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . If anyone want to see picture feel free to email me and I will send him the pictures. Thank you very much for making this project a pleasant experience.”
