“We have a wonderful 1950s custom ranch home. We have lived in our home for over 30 years and this time decided to really do it all- down to the studs, all new bathrooms and kitchen! The craftsman ship and attention to detail have been outstanding. Every trade that worked on our home was a true professional. Additionally, Story Renovations has been absolutely outstanding with follow-ups to the items that needed attention following our move in. We couldn't be happier with our "new" home! My husband and I were just commenting the other night how pleased we are and we are so glad we chose Story Renovations.”

“I live in a small studio space with my dog, I wanted to decorate but felt I couldn't because the space was so small. I came across Flemming Interiors and decided to see if there was something I could do. Stephanie was great! I told what I wish I could have, my dream home, and she said that it was totally do-able in the small space I have. I had such an amazing time working with Stephanie and transforming my dull studio into this gorgeous place that I actually like coming home to! The best part is, Im not ashamed to have people over anymore! When I move, I'm definitely bring Flemming Interiors with me! Thank you Stephanie for being so talented and friendly! I will most definitely coming back! :)”

“I hired Justin with Defined By Design to remodel our downstairs bathroom. In our initial meeting he convinced me that he was an honest contractor and I put my trust in him. While his initial estimate for completion of the job was 3 to 4 weeks, it did end up being closer to 5 weeks which was still a lot faster than any of the other contractors I spoke with had promised. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and his sub contractors were punctual, friendly and highly skilled. Everyone who came into our house treated us with respect and that's not always a given. Throughout the construction Justin and I conferred regularly and discussed any and all changes that came up due to unforeseen construction challenges. The result is that we got a beautiful remodeled bathroom with custom touches and personalized style. We could have spent less and we could have spent more but for us, choosing Justin and his team was absolutely the right decision.”

“We can’t say enough great things about TRAD. To start, we live in a split/bi-level which is not a structure architects always love to work with. We actually talked to several and had plans drawn up with two. TRAD was the first team to truly understand our vision and realize it. They fundamentally changed the personality of our house in a way that we could not envision on our own. We also appreciated TRAD's unique ability to make every aspect of the home functional. In our remodel, we weren't looking for square footage, rather we wanted to make sure every square inch we had was actively used. The TRAD team excels in this area. We truly “live” in every inch of our remodeled home. A few more odds and ends for anyone considering TRAD for their project. Their cabinetry work is stunning! They are true craftsmen. Last but not least - the project management was outstanding. They are your advocates and the voice of reason during the chaos of remodel! This is truly a special firm. We could not be happier!”

“We recently downsized into a much smaller home which created numerous design challenges. I have never hired a professional interior designer but I knew I was out of my league and contacted Jen at Motif Design Solutions. Jen has done a wonderful job listening and designing around my priorities and lifestyle. She made sure to incorporate all my favorite photos, accessories and key pieces of furniture into her her beautiful design to create a personal and cohesive room! Jen's recommendation to remove our kitchen table and replace it with a beautiful hickory bar top has transformed our very small kitchen into a functional, unique and livable area large enough to accommodate family and friends. Jen is very responsive and communicates with me during every phase of the design process. She has made sure we stayed within our budget and her pricing structure is set up so I can not only afford her services but I'm also getting the best quality furniture and accessories available. We are still several weeks away from completing the first phase of our remodel and I can't wait to see the finished results and start on the next! “Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. I now live in my dream house; Jay perfectly captured my design aesthetic and created an extremely functional living space. I get so many compliments on every part of my house, even the smallest details that Jay worked tirelessly to deliver.
