“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided.
They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by.
The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it!

“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick.
Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted.
The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage.
Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas.
Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion.
Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“Zulufish have now completed a couple of jobs for me. The first was a full commercial design and build of our studio in Notting Hill, from start to finish the level of service received was exemplary. The brief was to turn a relatively tight space into a hub of creativity and they certainly delivered.
My second experience took residential form on a property in Chiswick, it was essentially a full loft conversion and side return which once again was delivered exactly as we could have hoped.
I could not recommend them more highly.”

“Living through a kitchen extension on a terraced London house isn't fun. We both work full-time and have two children at school so returning at the end of each day to the property once works had commenced could be a little stressful; but PlusRooms protected our downstairs areas, created a temporary kitchen for us and were really considerate of the fact we were living through the works.
They project managed the whole thing right from design, costing, adjustments, planning, build scheduling, (prompting us what to buy and when), right through the build - and we couldn't be more delighted with our new space.
Living through building works is unpleasant but was made less so with Robbie and James' support and professionalism. We had the odd snagging that needed resolving at the end of the job, which you would always expect, so we are more than happy to recommend PlusRooms and may be using them again next year!”
