“Excellent professional experience and service, in January 2017 started to have my kitchen extended with full new kitchen e.g under floor heating , new ceiling, plumbing ,electrical work, walls boarding and plastering. They recommended a great place to get my wall tiles, marbled flooring and everything was fitted with beautiful finish. All painting and decotrating was done by them within the time frame i wanted and around my budget. I would Highly recommend this company .”

“I have dealt with a few building contractor in the past and none of them comes closer to spectrumhomesinc. They provided me with a 5 star service for the works that i engaged them to do, which included an extension to the house, new kitchen, re-roofing and a new drive. The works were done in a professional way with high quality. More importantly the works was finished a few day earlier which meant than i could enjoy the new kitchen that they fitted. Excellent company.”

“Working with Linda from No471 was a dream! Not only is she a perfectionist with an eye for detail: she listened to what I needed and understood immediately how to achieve the best possible outcome. I had a spacious “summer room” at the back of my property that was no longer fit for purpose and I needed it transformed into a comfortable Beauty Treatment Room. “Stuart is a trustworthy professional. He presented us plenty of creative solutions for challenging problems and delivered the solutions at high standards and on time. For a big renovation project, I couldn’t recommend more, as most of the stress was taken away from us. The results are better than expected and we got both quality and beauty. We have now comfortable, functional and stunning rooms.”
