I am in love with the work they have done at my home so far and cannot wait for the finished product. As a homeowner since 1999, I have been through multiple renovations and worked with several contractors and have never had a good experience until the Gabor Design Group. Exceeded all of my expectations!!”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our remodeling experience with Bert Gleicher and Associates. We had heard all of the horror stories and it seemed a foregone conclusion that every project goes over budget and takes longer than anticipated. In our case, we stayed on budget and met our deadline. Bert and his team were always accessible, patient, reliable, prompt and detail oriented. On top of that, Bert is a lovely, trustworthy and kind man. The quality of the work is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful two-story guest house (which includes two gorgeous bathrooms and the most beautiful built-in cabinets I have ever seen), new driveway, patio, and outdoor space. Bert transformed our least favorite part of the house and property into our favorite. We know it’s crazy, but part of us is sad the project is over because we miss seeing the guys every day. “It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“We gutted a four unit apartment building. Lauri redesigned the entire building. front to back and top to bottom. All the interior details were amazing: crown, base boards, doors, windows, shelves, fire place, bathrooms, etc She was very responsive and had great ideas which we implemented. She worked well with the city, the contractor, the engineer,and the inspector as needed. She coordinated everything we needed and acted as our advocate. She was conscious of cost and took that into account during the design phase and we saved lots of time and money. We highly recommend Lauri Morrison Design”

“We are a big family so I searched for my dream kitchen with a price I could afford. What I got was a cute from Green works was a fabulous kitchen. I believe in a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to my kitchen. I decided 10 Elements for my Dream Kitchen as following: 1. Open shelving and lift-up doors for upper cabinets 2. Full-extension drawers on bottom 3. Double Ovens 4. Warming drawers 5. Farmhouse sink with one or two smaller sinks 6. Two dishwashers 7. Purified water 8. Pot-filler faucet 9. Large island with lots of bar stools 10.Large refrigerator and freezer I am 100% happy with my super kitchen. Chandra Khatri”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. They checked in with us and answered all our questions as the kitchen remodeling progressed. Good company for your remodeling projects! Thanks, Eli!”
