“The guys did an amazing job designing and remodeling my home. They gave me and my wife a new kitchen that we absolutely love. They re-did the stairs with these custom cable railings that look like falling rain. They did the fireplace and crafted their own live edge mantle. They did so much to our home it's too much to list. I sold it (for a huge profit thanks to Santa Barbara Builders) and now I live in Texas. I like them so much I invited them to come with me and build us another home. I really considered quitting the Army to go into business flipping homes. It's not everyday you find such a great contracting outfit. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Allen Construction did an excellent job on our condominium remodel in Goleta. They helped us through the entire project including the budget, design, and build phase. We combined our ideas and wants and worked it all into a manageable budget. Allen Construction managed everything with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. We did the remodel remotely from over 1500 miles away but we were kept up to date on everything daily by telephone, Skype, or email. We are extremely happy with the entire process and result. We highly recommend this company and would hire them again on another remodel without reservation.”

“We hired GDC to take down the old, worn-out railing on our balcony and build/paint new railing. Gil was great and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt, thorough, and very professional. I was very glad we hired Gilberto Design and Construction and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.”

“Robert Meckauer worked on several projects for us over the years. Our last project was a challenge, since our house was built in the 40's. We hired Robert to both do the Architect work as well as General Contractor. This was great for us, since he was able to keep the subcontractors on point and keep costs inside the budget. Even with changes we made, he was able to make our dream come true! He uses local talent and artists for finish carpentry and painting as well as local plumbers, tile and electricians. We are so happy with our project!”
