“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. “Bruce Oliver is very easy to work with. He listens to ideas and offers suggestions that make sense and is sensitive to environmental needs. Working in Laguna Beach can be very challenging with the city codes and Bruce has worked closely with them. I have also hired him to be my project manager as I am doing a full renovation of a house as well as landscaping and a pool design.”

“I heard about this company through a co-worker that had their kitchen remodeled by Do it Right. After hearing constant compliments about their work, their CLEANLINESS (my co-worker said she's never been in a cleaner construction area), their attentiveness, and most importantly, they met their deadline..something i've learned most contractors tend to miss. I'm simply in awe of the work this company does..I know they only work by referral only which speaks about their finishing quality and overall customer satisfaction. What I really enjoyed about them is their 3D renderings. A lot of other contractors either draw the design by hand or use an out of date software..their software is extremely detailed and from the pictures it shows that the 3d renderings match the end result. I have sent them an email and will update my results!”
