He was punctual, and always followed up with an email to check the status of my talks with the bank. He was always respectful and actually listened to us. “The crew from Chevy Chase Remodeling did an excellent job replacing my damaged kitchen ceiling, cabinets and countertops. The crew was dependable, professional and courteous. They made adjustments for small space misalignments that had not been foreseen, followed through on punch list items and kept costs within the exact range of original quotes. They made sure that I was happy with their work, and I was very pleased!”

“Erika is truly talented. We hired her to update and remodel the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and foyer in our recently purchased home. We immediately knew that we were in good hands. She took the time to ask the right questions and really listen to my husband and I as we described what what most important to us. Her designs maximized space, minimized unnecessary expense and transformed our house (built in the 1980's) into a fresh and modern home. When it came time to decorate, she selected furniture and accents that fit our design aesthetic and more importantly our lifestyle. I certainly have a taste for the finer things, but with a dog and a baby, we wanted to make sure that we were smart and economical with our purchases. Erika took all of this into consideration while sourcing items for our home, finding us items that we not only loved, but could feel good about buying for our family. My husband and I joke that Erika knows what we really want before we do, but it's not really a joke. She puts great care into her work and it's incredibly important to her that her clients love the finished product - and we most certainly do!”

“Awesome experience from our first meeting with Tyler to the completion of the job. His workers were punctual and meticulously clean. They cleaned up everyday, always made sure where we wanted placement of bars, bench and racks. This remodeling job was painless, I would recommend Boss Design Center to everyone. Great experience”

“We hired Timberlake to do an extensive renovation of our home in 2009. They were a pleasure to work with during every step of the process. Dave Lunden was honest, very reliable and extremely organized. The project was finished on time and on budget. It progressed exactly as he said that it would with no hidden costs or delays. The Project Manager and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They shared in our enthusiasm, were polite, highly skilled, hard working and responsive. I have spoken with several people who have had extensive renovations done to their home and frequently it was a stressful and unpleasant experience for them. I can honestly say that our experience with Timberlake was the opposite. Since the renovation I have contacted them several times for questions about materials or warranties and they have always responded to my requests immediately. If we were ever to renovate another home we would definitely use Timberlake.”

“Synergy's attention to detail has been outstanding throughout the planning phase of our renovation. Synergy's design team exceeded our expectations and as demolition has now begun we eagerly await the construction phase. We have every confidence that Synergy's team will once again wow us. Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. When is the last time you worked with a team of professionals whose standards for excellence exceed your own? Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. Think about that for a moment, not push back, not an attempt to avoid extra work by saying there is no issue. Instead, reassurance that they are holding themselves to a standard that is higher than your own. Simply put, that never happens. Yet with Synergy it is just the way they work. “Spectrum has done a full bathroom and basement renovation for us, in addition to several smaller projects including replacing all the exterior doors to the house and refinishing our front porch. The quality of the work is excellent. Communicating for the purpose of planning and providing feedback is easy due to their rapid response and liberal use of email and cell contact. They responded well to feedback regarding the work site when we had complaints about dust and so forth. The quality of their work holds up; our bathroom completed in 2008 continues to be in terrific condition. They were described by the person who referred them, an architect, very accurately. "They're not the cheapest, but they're the best." I highly recommend them.”
