“The Garden Studio Company built a free-standing pavilion in our back yard. It consists of two large rooms which serve as an art studio and a study/library. There is also a bathroom. It has been faced externally with cedar. The company undertook all the planning and necessary permits and permissions, and then provided a complete building and fit-out service. We found the company very competent and experienced. The project was completed on time and on budget. Communication was always very good. We are very happy with the result.”

“We worked with Little Constructions on a substantial renovation to a weatherboard cottage in Rippleside. Our collaboration started during the production of our construction documentation, during which time we met with Mark and his team to streamline our drawings. This turned out to be a great start to a very successful project. Working with Mark and Jeff was a pleasure - from start to finish they were forward-thinking, attentive to detail and communicative. The quality of the work speaks for itself though, they’ve really done a wonderful job. Both we and our clients are over the moon with the outcome. I’d happily work with Little Constructions again.”

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”

“Stuart is a thorough professional who provide great advise and makes the designing and custom build quite simple yet effective. Despite being fussy customers, it was unusual that the first draft's the Stuart produced were pretty much close to being perfect for us. He has a keen eye for usability, cost/benefit analysis and ensuring a consistent and cohesive theme across the construction. The result is that every visitor has a 'wow' moment when the enter our house and we live in a place that we love coming to everyday. I would recommend Stuart to anyone looking for a designer and no doubt will be using him in the future.”

“I needed a small cabin for my photography studio and chose Classic Cabins for a number of reasons. The style of their cabins fit perfectly with my brand and what I was hoping to achieve and they were the only company that offered the space I needed along with an attic level that was within our budget without compromising the quality of the build. The tradies were polite and friendly and were great with my kids who were very excited to see them every morning and I cannot speak highly enough of Greg, our project manager, who went above and beyond and never made us feel like our requests were unreasonable. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and have had nothing but compliments from my clients. Highly recommend.”
