“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

He has extremely capable workers/companies doing all the work; Ryan schedules all the projects so there is no problem with workers showing u[p unannounced. The project was therefore a smooth project. Ryan kept us informed on a daily basis, including his description of all costs.”

“Trim Tech is outstanding in what they do. They have remodeled a laundry for us as well as built custom furniture grade cabinets for us on two occasions with very unique and special features. We have hired them three different times. We have built seven homes over the years and never had a finer craftsmen than Trim Tech. They are top notch. Manuel is a consummate professional keeping us in the "loop" on all updates and movement of the buildings via their online project website.
