As a kitchen and bath designer who's worked with many builders in Southern California, there are very few I would enthusiastically recommend and Scott Hess is one of them. First, I truly appreciate that he understands the need for a design professional's input on his high end projects; his attention to detail, organized approach and high quality workmanship always lead to a impressive end result; but mostly, his upbeat attitude and respect for all who are involved in the project, make the process so much easier and problem-free. I know you will be in good hands.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“We hired Lisa Dell Design and BCS Construction to undertake a remodel of our kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”
