Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. “I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. “Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate.
Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months.
With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! We say, “Call October 5 to celebrate your next project.””
