“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

“I've seen a couple remodels by The Remodel Group. What struck me beyond the beauty and transformation was the attention to detail in hardware, craftmanship, not to mention the creativity. They are aware of new technology and use it, ie moving stove vents, shelving for appliances that lifts up and pulls out, solid, flexible hinges, etc. They show integrity and respect toward the client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any needs you have.”

“We hired Arciform nine years ago to remodel our kitchen and add some touches to the adjoining rooms. The work itself was excellent; the people we worked with were top notch; and with one exception the sub-contractors were excellent as well. With regards to the exception, Arciform not only apologized but gave us a slight discount in that area of work and let us know they would no longer be working with the gentleman in question. Our first bid from Arciform came in about 20% over what we wanted to spend. Unlike the other company we were considering, Arciform didn't try to pressure us but spent several hours with us re-working the bid and showing us what could be eliminated at what cost. Highly recommend. Nine years later we continue to love our kitchen and find it a joy to be in.”

Karen totally understood our requirements and presented tasteful, cost efficient, and environmentally sound designs. Project management and coordination with sub and outside contractors was supurb. Each project was completed ahead of schedule including "enhancements, created on-the-fly. Karen is not only professional but also a pleasure to work with, particularly as she creates practical solution to our design requirements. Karen and the Neil Kelly Team have proven themselves so competitent, that for the most recent project, we "telephoned" them our requirements, and accepted a bid within 24 hours- all with no competitive bids. * The information below relates to only the most recent project.”

“We loved Sandi and Neill Kelly! We had out kitchen remodeled at the beginning of this past summer and were thrilled with her designs and Neill Kelly's work on the project. Everything was done to perfection and we were so relieved to not have delays or sloppy work or mistakes. They listened, they followed up, and in the end really gave us a kitchen remodel that was updated but in the style of our home. Even though it was build in the early 90's, it has a mid century vibe. My father in law was the architect on our home and if he was alive I know he would feel as though the remodel was in "context" to the rest of the house. Thank you Sandi, John, and the entire Neil Kelly group for an amazing experience and a spectacular kitchen!”
