“To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “I contacted COR to do a full design on my new flat. The process was super-organised and I didn't really appreciate how much work was involved in interior designing so I am very happy I did it! This was around 2 years ago and I am still so happy with the results on my flat. Camila made use of all the space perfectly and her use of colours was perfect for my taste. I was nervous when going into it that I might not be in control and that someone else would end up designing my flat for me - but this was definitely not the case. I always felt completely involved even though Camila took on all the work finding options, creating designs and organising painters and tradesmen etc. All I had to do was choose what was presented, and this was always consistent with what I told her I liked in our initial chat! Overall I'd definitely recommend COR as an interior designer - the hard work is what stood out the most, but Camila was personable and friendly throughout making it a very pleasurable experience.”

“I would highly recommend Raocon Limited. I did my loft conversion and bathroom renovation. The project was completed on time. We are quite pleased with the results. We were impressed with the initial plans and ideas, the quality of the work, and the excellent care we had throughout the project, especially since we were living on the property with kids. We were impressed with all the personnel from Raocon that were involved in delivering the project.”
