“I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. We decided to go with Greenwise Construction because they provided excellent customer service and took their own time to go above and beyond our meetings to research design solutions and answer any questions we had. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it. I can now enjoy a walk-in shower inside my new beautifully renovated bathroom, and appreciate all the design details we spent weeks deciding on, such as the new sink fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, color scheme, tiling, etc. I thank Greenwise Construction for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our bathroom project. “I needed to remodel my master bath and closet but had no clue how to design the changes. My contractor required specific architectural plans right away. Thankfully, I was aware of John Salat's talents and called him with my urgent request for architectural plans. He showed up the same evening, took pictures, measurements, and discussed creative changes. He asked me a million questions. His plans were ready within 2 days. He was extremely thorough, professional, and insightful. He grasped the few ideas I had and gave me so much more to think about. His design was fabulous and fit all my needs and provided much more than I had thought about. He really understood my needs and incorporated them into his design concepts. “I heard about this company through a co-worker that had their kitchen remodeled by Do it Right. After hearing constant compliments about their work, their CLEANLINESS (my co-worker said she's never been in a cleaner construction area), their attentiveness, and most importantly, they met their deadline..something i've learned most contractors tend to miss. I'm simply in awe of the work this company does..I know they only work by referral only which speaks about their finishing quality and overall customer satisfaction. What I really enjoyed about them is their 3D renderings. A lot of other contractors either draw the design by hand or use an out of date software..their software is extremely detailed and from the pictures it shows that the 3d renderings match the end result. I have sent them an email and will update my results!”

“We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”
