“David and Megan were terrific to work with throughout my renovation: They worked with me through a few kitchen iterations until we found a great open layout that permitted full size appliances, were always highly available and responsive and worked with me until we found a solution that I as thrilled by throughout the process. The work speaks for itself, and my friends and family are all really impressed by the renovation. In a really nice surprise, David and Megan 'discovered' several square feet of space that could be reclaimed in my apartment by removing non-structural elements around the structural parts. They integrated the space really nicely which created a nook by the sink, a deeper pantry, and additional built-in storage in the living room. They also handled an oddly positioned gas line which couldn't be moved in a really nice way, turning it into additional storage and counter space by the stove. When it was discovered that my apartment had heat loss issues (This was due to windows which the coop will replace in the spring) they adapted their design incorporating larger replacement radiators which are keeping the space nice and toasty as winter is approaching. David’s team did everything very well, but the thing that has impressed me the most has been their commitment to getting everything right, even when minor surprises have come up months after I moved in, and long after I'd submitted my final payment.”
