“Great job and the house looks great. They blew away my expectations. I told them what we wanted and stayed out of the way and let them work their magic. They delivered! Since it is my house I am a little bias towards their work so the best reviews are from our guests who are blown away by the design. The word "house-envy" is often used. Beyond that they continue to answer the phone and assist long after their piece of the project was completed. We are happy to call them friends.”

Not only were we completely satisfied with the finished product, we were impressed by Mike's knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. “Lance, Corey & the ReTouch team provide a refreshing approach to the stressors & concerns that are typically tied to home renovations. They want to know the entire situation, and truly understand what you are trying to accomplish so they can provide the best (appropriate style, cost-efficient & timely) solution for your need. We brought Lance & Corey in to help us wrap up a larger home renovation project that went sour with another contractor after a handful of months. Corey stepped in to manage the project & ran the show from A-Z, bringing us up to speed on the process of work, costs, or any concerns that he or any of his team of tradesmen found. Hands down, I would recommend the ReTouch team to anyone (Lance, Corey, Melissa, Erik, Herbert and all involved with our project) *Our home renovation included: 1/2 bath addition, full bath renovation, kitchen renovation, electrical, plumbing, exterior repairs & painting, and new HVAC installation.”

“The company provided a 6 day remodel of a bathroom. Demolition was completed quickly and easily while they hung sheeting to protect other areas of the home. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered quickly. The staff was very good in making sure that I was happy with the completed project! Awesome and dependable.”

“We had an addition, a family room and a mudroom joining the garage, put on the back of our 1950 Cape Cod, finishing in May 2015. Terry Skilling recommended an architect that we could not be happier with, Keith Mueller. The project took a while but out job foreman Doug was great and kept us informed and helped in many ways. I would highly recommend him and all his tradesmen. We couldn't be happier.”

“Our family was interested in a property, but it was already too small for our family, and it was in an area where there was not a whole lot of options as far as city codes and what not. We had Dale design a couple different options for the property seeing if we were able to transform an 800 square foot two bedroom one bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath home, basically redesigning the entire home to suit our needs. Although in the end, we decided not to move forward with buying the home due to the project just being completely out of our scope and with the codes of the city, we were only able to come up with a three bedroom home. We had our own ideas in how the design should go, and he was extremely patient with us in finding ways to meet our needs in the close to six months he worked with us, with just creating different layouts of the home. We are definitely reaching out to Dale anytime we have a house renovation project to utilize his expertise in design for our home. He demonstrated knowledge and had the patience with us wanting something that just was not plausible.”

“Westermann Design Build performed some extensive work on a home we own, replacing doors and woodwork, relocating/refiguring the laundry room, painting, staining, and overseeing flooring installation. They did this all long distance. Their communication and work was professional and thorough, and they did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
