“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

During the demolition of the cabinets a piece of flawed granite was discovered and we decided to proceed with a totally new kitchen design which enhanced and changed our main living area. From the creative design of the new floor plan to the finished project, the Mosaik team was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and used top notch subcontractors. “I've seen a couple remodels by The Remodel Group. What struck me beyond the beauty and transformation was the attention to detail in hardware, craftmanship, not to mention the creativity. They are aware of new technology and use it, ie moving stove vents, shelving for appliances that lifts up and pulls out, solid, flexible hinges, etc. They show integrity and respect toward the client.
