“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!”

“I met Ellie through a networking group. We arranged a coffee date to discuss my conservatory problems. To cold in winter and it had become more of a 'glory hole ' rather than a functional room. Ellie arranged for 3 quotes and we met up afterwards to discuss the best quote for me. I am delighted with the result of the building work and the support that Ellie gave throughout the project. No problems for me to sort out at any time. Ellie consulted with the builder keeping me informed of any technical problems that occurred. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Maison Frais to take on your building project.”

“Steve and the team at Egg did a brilliant job with our very tired en-suite and master bedroom. From initial design ideas, which Steve was able to convey in such a way that we completely subscribed to the overall design, through refinements, strip-out, installation, decorating, flooring, plumbing, electrics and minor snagging, everything was done with care, thoughtfulness, and consideration for us living through the works etc. The team he used was excellent, really good craftsmen who seemed to build everything from scratch and amended the design as installation proceeded and we wanted something slightly different as finishing touches. All in all a really fantastic premium design and build service, with real quality and care for the customer at the front of mind. We are thrilled with the result. We did get though an awful lot of tea as well......”

“The consultation process was really good and the team grasped what we wanted from it. They worked hard to stick to our budget and within our time frame. Newton was excellent as a project manager and responded to any snags or concerns immediately. We were not initially satisfied with the quality of work of some of the trades but Newton resolved this swiftly and with professionalism. We are likely to use this company again.”
