サイモン建築設計室デッキと一体になった花壇を見る。リビングと繋がったデッキ、花壇の周囲に木製ベンチを造り付けました。ここへ腰かけてビールを飲む、今にもその光景が目に飛びこんできます。木製デッキは当然メンテナンスが必要ですが、より耐久性の高い米杉を採用、塗装はオスモとしました。庭の芝はほぼ一面に張られていますが、周辺の木々とも相まって美しい庭を作り上げています。

I like to state: “DESIGN IT SMART, BUILD IT STRONG, FINISH IT RIGHT!” Smart technology is factored into my designs so that a building can intuitively sense and change with the surrounding environment. to perform as a self-contained and self-sustaining structure. For my residential clients, Intuitive
Smart Technology provides a seamless integration of a home’s operational systems – and security rooms and safe haven is taking a lead in homes where privacy is of the utmost importance.
My designers, planners and consultants, strive to achieve every project’s goal with a new and unique approach. We specialize in every aspect of design; ranging from branding to urban planning. 株式会社 結設計木々に囲まれた傾斜地に突き出たように建っている住まいです。広い敷地の中、敢えて崖側に配し、更にデッキを張り出して積極的に眺望を取り込み、斜面下の桜並木を見下ろす様にリビングスペースを設けています。斜面、レベル差といった敷地の不利な条件に、趣の異なる三つの庭を対峙させる事で、空間に違った個性を持たせ、豊かな居住空間を創る事を目指しました。
