Vivid color tones, exotic stone tile floor and walls, heated floor, steam shower and rain shower, separate sauna room, make up area have glorified this magnificent Master suite bathroom.
ae designIn this guest bathroom, the combination of stone and wood creates a modern yet inviting space. A free standing vanity with wood cabinets and a marble pedestal sink with coordinating mirror compliment the stone floor and marble wall tiles.

Medford RemodelingStrategically placed LED can lights highlight the wood-look wall tiles and provide ample lighting of the space. A 4x4 luxe remote open skylight was installed just above the shower to let in plenty of natural light and incorporate the outdoors (another one of our client’s favorite features!) This high-tech skylight is operated by a digital wall panel, allowing it to open and close at the push of a button. The timer can also be set for it to open or close, in the case that the clients are leaving for the day and want to let out the steam from the shower without the unit remaining open the rest of the day.

Classic Home ImprovementsThis beautiful bathroom remodel involved demoing the toilet closet to open up the room. A large tub was demoed to allow the walk in shower to be built. The bathroom no longer has a dated look. It shines bright with the beautiful tile liners and glossy tile. The vanity has dark StarMark Cabinets and beautiful countertops. Garner HomesAs with every client, our goal was to create a truly distinct home that reflected the needs and desires of the homeowner while exceeding their expectations. The modern aesthetic was combined with warm and welcoming hill country features like the white limestone exterior in a coarse linear pattern, knotty alder slab front cabinets in the kitchen and dining, and light wood flooring throughout. Stark, clean edges were balanced with rounded and curved light fixtures as well as the limestone cladding fireplace surround in the family room. While the design was pleasing to the eye, measures were taken to ensure a sturdy build including steel lintel window header details, a fluid-applied flashing window treatment to prevent water infiltration, LED recessed can lighting, high-efficiency windows with LowE glass coatings, and spray foam insulation. The backyard was specifically designed for entertaining in the Texas heat with a covered patio that offered multiple fans and an outdoor kitchen.

Mariano & Co., LLCMaster and Guest Bathroom Remodels in Gilbert, AZ. In the Master, the only thing left untouched was the main area flooring. We removed the vanities and tub shower to create a beautiful zero threshold, walk in shower! The new vanity is topped with a beautiful granite with a waterfall edge. Inside the shower, you'll find basket weave tile on the floor, inlay and inside the soap niche's. Finally, this shower is complete with not one, but THREE shower heads. The guest bathroom complements the Master with a new vanity and new tub shower.
Miland Home Construction, LLCThis rustic master bath came to life after our client found her dream bathroom and shared her ideas with our company. We were able to recreate the image to fit into the space and with the selections chosen by the client.
Beautiful alder custom cabinetry complimented the Deigo II series vessel sinks with the Venetian bronze mounted faucets. The Coronado Stone Carmel Mountain veneer brought in the outdoors of the mountains right into the home.
Our crews were able to build the solid wood barn door by hand with the wood to match the cabinetry throughout. Legacy adobe tile carried out through the shower and tub deck went so well with the Savannah cream flooring tile. So many surprises fill this master bath to bring so much more life to the project.
