Architecture Studio, Inc.This estate home is situated in the premier fly-in community in the state of Florida if not the world. In addition to the home we also designed the airplane hangar that compliments the home and can house a small luxury jet. The two story home is 9,500 sq. ft. with an open floor plan and outdoor living, as well as a future (unfinished) home theater on the upper floor. The bottom floor has a large kitchen with a dining room that can accommodate an extended family, the living rooms focal point is the swimming pool and the pizza oven on the far side. All of this viewed via dual sliding and disappearing pocketing doors that make both the outdoors and indoor spaces blend into one. The home’s curb appeal is really enhanced by the lush landscaping that really makes this home stand out within the community.
Ryan Hughes DesignSituated below towering palms on a tumbled travertine paver deck is a beautiful pool-side lounging area. Whether enjoyed by day or night, the area’s appointments include multiple contemporary chaise lounges positioned near a textural Norstone stone wall. Following the overall project’s circular theme, a 4’ diameter round opening within the lounge area wall offers a view into an outdoor hearth and sculpture hide away. An adjacent stone bench is featured on one of the raised natural planting structures. The eighteen inch high seat bench was cladded with stucco and painted to match the house.

Alderete Pools & SolarThis beautiful year is in Newport Coast and has all the bels and whistles. This pool has stacked and ledgered stone, all granite BBQ and fire place. The pool is equipped with in floor deep heating and pebble tech finish. The pool is accented with 3 water pots with led lights. This is an entertainers delight.
PAT.The villas are part of a master plan conceived by Ferdinando Fagnola in the seventies, defined by semi-underground volumes in exposed concrete: geological objects attacked by green and natural elements. These units were not built as intended: they were domesticated and forced into the imagery of granite coverings and pastel colors, as in most coastal architecture of the tourist boom.
We did restore the radical force of the original concept while introducing a new organization and spatial flow, and custom-designed interiors.
Van Kirk & Sons Pools and SpasThis incredible backyard with custom pool with spa, sun shelf, rain pergola custom fire and water bowls has an amazing Pebble Tec finish! The stacked stone fireplace with gold travertine is the icing on the cake!
