AnotherStoryBuilt as a spec project for a developer. This was originally a single-story home with a basement. We added another story and exposed existing basement to allow garage access (front-left of house). Full rehabilitation of fit and finish of entire house inside and out.
John Webb Construction and DesignThis custom built home was built on a quiet cul-de-sac of an established neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon. This home is complemented with extra high ceilings, radiant heat concrete floors, an a second story loft that could be used as a gym, study, or playroom for the kids.
Proctor Watts Cole RutterWorking on a constrained site with large feature trees to be retained, we developed a design that replaced an existing garage and shed to provide our clients with a new garage and glazed link to a multipurpose study/guest bedroom. The project also included a garden room, utility, and shower room, replacing an existing inefficient conservatory.
Working with Hellis Solutions Ltd as tree consultants, we designed the structure around the trees with mini pile foundations being used to avoid damaging the roots.
High levels of insulation and efficient triple-glazed windows with a new underfloor heating system in the extension, provide a very comfortable internal environment.
Externally, the extension is clad with Larch boarding and has a part Zinc, part sedum roof with the natural materials enhancing this garden setting.
Medina Exteriors & RemodelingAfter we completed remodeling the kitchen, all 3 bathrooms it was time to turn the attention to the outside. We used our design program to show the different colors and textures before contracting. Came out spectacular.

Connecticut Roofcrafters LlcClose-up of the eyebrow dormer and red copper flashing on this western red cedar installation on an expansive contemporary Greenwich, CT residence. The cedar, from Anbrook Industries, was treated with Cromated Copper Arsenate (CCA), The smooth sawn and architecturally uniform 16" perfection shingles, in combination with the red copper used for penetration and valley flashing on this installation, provide a natural, traditional aesthetic that will endure for decades to come. What's more, the numerous hips and dormers provided an opportunity for extensive traditional cedar ridge caps.

Before and After Builders, Inc.Installed straight edge cedar shake fiber cement on front of home with wood-grain lap siding on the sides and rear of home. Installed smooth fiber cement trim to corners of home, around windows & doors, and soffit & fascia. Installed new Atrium casement windows Applied Infinity urethane sealant. Painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior paint!
Deskins Group LLCThis project started as a typical early 1970 Tudor style suburban home with cedar accents and 4x6 solid cedar rafter tails. The cedar accents were in good shape but the siding was rotting so we formulated a design to leave the cedar accents and rafters and replace the siding with new Hardie lap siding. We also over-layed the tudor style trim on the stucco at the roofline. We then covered the whole house with Sherwin Williams Emerald paint.
