Krøma designerDans ce projet nous avons crée une nouvelle ambiance chic et cosy dans un appartement strasbourgeois.
Ayant totalement carte blanche, nous avons réalisé tous les choix des teintes, du mobilier, de la décoration et des luminaires.
Pour un résultat optimum, nous avons fait la mise en place du mobilier et de la décoration.
Un aménagement et un ameublement total pour un appartement mis en location longue durée.
Le budget total pour les travaux (peinture, menuiserie sur mesure et petits travaux de réparation), l'aménagement, les équipements du quotidien (achat de la vaisselle, des éléments de salle de bain, etc.), la décoration, ainsi que pour notre prestation a été de 15.000€.
House of a Different ColorUpdate to bay window in front living room. Removed cushions and pillows and upholstered valance over the window. Added textured tile to the seat surface to coordinate with Spanish tile throughout the rest of the home. Added a real-wood faux beam (custom made, L-shaped beam made with solid pine, mounted over the corner of the bay window opening to mimic traditional, Spanish-style wood header beams to coordinate with the rest of the Spanish-style design elements in the home. Decorated with pet-friendly, custom, faux greenery arrangements in an eclectic array of pottery. High-end replica cacti and succulents were used for maximum realism, while removing any concern over pets getting into them. Hanging macrame cat bed in the center for family pets to lounge and enjoy their new, colorful container garden.
La fabriK d'intérieursL’extension de cette maison située à Avilly Saint Léonard faisait office de salon pour la famille mais finalement cette dernière ne l’occupait que très peu jugeant la pièce trop froide. Leur souhait était donc de transformer la pièce et d’y créer un lieu de vie accueillant, lumineux et esthétique.
Nous avons commencé par organiser l’espace, les fonctions et la circulation puis créé des aménagements sur mesure (banquette, bibliothèque, banc TV, bureau, rangements). La déco (couleurs, luminaires…) a été soigneusement travaillée pour sublimer les volumes et optimiser la lumière.
Sally Scott Interior DesignerIn this home there is an upper and lower living room, they are open to each other so are designed as complementary spaces. Shades of blue are carried throughout the home. Both rooms offer comfortable seating for watching TV or enjoying the views of ponds and rolling hills. The area rugs are custom, as is all of the furniture.
Emilie Fournet InteriorsA dark living room was transformed into a cosy and inviting relaxing living room. The wooden panels were painted with the client's favourite colour and display their favourite pieces of art. The colour was inspired by the original Delft blue tiles of the fireplace.

By reorienting rooms and using their existing space more creatively, we were able to achieve all their wishes. This comprehensive 8 month renovation included:
1-removal of a wall between the kitchen and old dining room to double the kitchen space.
2-closure of a window in the family room to reorient the flow and create a 186" long bookcase/storage/tv area with seating now facing the new kitchen.
3-a dry bar
4-a dining area in the kitchen/family room
5-total re-think of the laundry room to get them organized and increase storage/functionality
6-moving the dining room location and office
7-new ledger stone fireplace
8-enlarged opening to new dining room and custom iron handrail and balusters
9-2,000 sf of new 5" plank red oak flooring in classic grey color with color ties on ceiling in family room to match

The walnut wall leads from the entry into the main space of the house and conceals the laundry room and garage door. A built-in bar faces the backyard and adds to the entertainment potential for the house.
Patti Dixon DesignWarm and open living space for a family of six. Removed wall and added see thru fireplace to create large room. Circular rug with blues and neutrals ground pale blue/green/white wall color with yummy chenille upholstery fabrics.
Mimi Wittstruck DesignThis eclectic and colorful design is created for a fun family that loves bright accents in patterns and art. We incorporated their existing vintage art and accessories with new furniture, fabrics, and lighting. The custom navy sectional fits the large space perfectly for family gatherings. Custom shelves were designed and built to add a place to display their vintage accessories, books, and family photos. Custom window treatments and pillows give the space character and a playful vibe!
Interior Changes home design & consultingThe lakeside living room is divided in half with one space furnished for casual seating and conversation and the other for games and puzzles. The wide room has full views of the lake through the screened porch. Open concept is broken down into visual spaces by wonderful ceiling details. This is a room to hang out in.
