Seasons in ColourDouble aspect living room painted in Farrow & Ball Cornforth White, with a large grey rug layered with a cowhide (both from The Rug Seller). The large coffee table (100x100cm) is from La Redoute and it was chosen as it provides excellent storage. A glass table was not an option for this family who wanted to use the table as a footstool when watching movies!
The sofa is the Eden from the Sofa Workshop via DFS. The cushions are from H&M and the throw by Hermes, The brass side tables are via Houseology and they are by Dutchbone, a Danish interiors brand. The table lamps are by Safavieh. The roses canvas was drawn by the owner's grandma. A natural high fence that surrounds the back garden provides privacy and as a result the owners felt that curtains were not needed on this side of the room.
The floor is a 12mm laminate in smoked oak colour.

Real Estate Staging DesignMy client wanted to use her father's filing cabinet that is very sentimental to her.
This 1 BR / 1 BA condo with 660 SQFT has limited areas for a large filing cabinet, so I thought since it is a sentimental piece of furniture, we would incorporate it in the living room. Now my client can enjoy viewing her father's filing cabinet and have easy access to filed documents. I added a tray with a lantern and some greenery for a nice touch in the living room.
My client was impressed by my cleverness of incorporating the filing cabinet in the design.

Seasonal Soul HomeFull drop curtains add a luxury feel to the room. We chose to add a soft textured stripe voile to one side, which compliments the overall scheme and provides a little privacy when drawn.
Coordinating green luxury-pile rugs help to add colour depth and luxury to the room. Choosing a pile that has a nap rather than tight weave, echoes the use of velvet elsewhere in the room.

Il muretto, valorizzato e caratterizzato dal rivestimento con cementine, consente di schermare la zona cottura della cucina, senza che venga chiusa totalmente.
Il recupero di una vecchia tinozza metallica, ha permesso di decorare la parete di passaggio tra la cucina e la zona living. Appesa a parete e completata con delle mensoline, ha permesso di l'inserimento di piantine decorative.
I pensili a cubo, presenti nella vecchia abitazione, hanno trovato una nuova ricollocazione.
E' stata inoltre ricavata una zona per il bassotto presente in casa e che costituisce parte integrante della famiglia.
In questo modo, pur avendo una zona dedicata, rimane sempre presente, e parte attiva, di ogni momento della giornata in famiglia.
La scelta delle cementine, ha definito la scelta di tutti i colori presenti in casa.
Il vecchio pianoforte è stato recuperato, laccato e scomposto in modo da diventare la decorazione principale della parete tv.
Gli ingranaggi a vista e l'illuminazione gli conferiscono un aspetto scenico. I vecchi tasti sono lasciati a vista e coperti con un vetro.
La tv poggiata sopra al pianoforte, consente la visuale anche a chi sta cucinando ai fornelli.
Studio WherDecoTiffany avait besoin d'aide pour acheter son 1er appartement. Quand elle a visité celui là, au départ, elle n'était pas convaincue. Mais WherDeco qui l'a accompagné lors de sa visite, lui a montré grâce à un plan 3D tout le potentiel de ce 2 pièces sans vie. Cela lui a permis de mieux se projeter et de faire une offre. Quelques mois plus tard, Tiffany est ravie si l'on en juge par le commentaire qu'elle nous a laissé sur notre page d'accueil.
