By revising the floor plan, we really opened up the space. We then painted the walls, ceiling, and most of the trim.
We also did some really unique things with the furniture. We re-imagined the vintage tables by using them as end and accent pieces. And then we designed a custom ottoman, packed with storage.
The pièce de résistance: the large-scale ombre art I painted above her sofa. She made sure her favorite color - purple was showcased in this room

Kevin Twitty InteriorsIn this open concept living room, we decided to add a larger sofa with a chaise into the room for more comfortable usability. What I love about a chaises is it doesn't visibly block the line of sight but still allows you a place to lay down.
Régis LANNOYà l'origine équipé d'un parquet très sombre et de murs gris d'une tristesse sans nom, la pièce recevait une énorme cheminée qui s'appropriait tout l'espace. elle a laissé place à un poêle moderne et discret, le parquet a été changé pour un chêne blond intemporel et chaleureux, les murs ont été éclaircis, l'accès à l'espace modifié depuis la salle à manger et l'entré.

Nicola Bushuven Interior ConsultingMeine Kunden wünschten sich ein Gästezimmer. Das würde zwar nur wenig genutzt werden, aber der Raum über der Garage war nun einmal fällig.
Da wir im Wohnzimmer keinen Kamin unterbringen konnten, habe ich aus diesem ungeliebtem Appendix ein "Winterwohnzimmer" gemacht, den hier war ein Schornstein gar kein Problem,
Zwei neue Dachflächenfenster sorgen für Helligkeit und die beiden Durchbrüche zum Flur sorgen dafür, dass dieser auch etwas von der neuen Lichtquelle profitiert und das zwei Wohnzimmer nicht mehr nur ein Anhängsel ist.
Gäste kommen jetzt häufiger als geplant - aus dem Sofa läßt sich in wenigen Minuten ein sehr komfortables Bett machen.
