Mike Farley Pool Designer, SWD, ASLAEntry view off the driveway. This Parker county beauty has shade on both sides of the pool thanks to the 2 arbors. There is a flagstone beach entry, built in table, multiple waterfalls to give views from all areas of the yard. The raised spa has a natural looking stream going into the pool. The spa also has top step surrounding the seating well to give larger visual look without larger gallons & heating time. The LED lights and low voltage lighting around the pool give it a calming atmosphere at night. It is enclosed in Granbury chopped stone screen walls with stone archway to help block out the driveway.
Wright DesignThis charming European-inspired home juxtaposes old-world architecture with more contemporary details. The exterior is primarily comprised of granite stonework with limestone accents. The stair turret provides circulation throughout all three levels of the home, and custom iron windows afford expansive lake and mountain views. The interior features custom iron windows, plaster walls, reclaimed heart pine timbers, quartersawn oak floors and reclaimed oak millwork.

J. Montgomery Designs, Inc.This welcoming and unique property is adjacent to the Diablo Country Club golf course, nestled at the foot of Mt. Diablo. The grounds needed updating to compliment the home's transitional farmhouse-style remodel. We designed a new pavilion for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The pavilion houses a cozy kitchen & grill, sleek bar, TV, ceiling fan, heaters, wall speakers, and inviting dining area. A pergola and trellis flank the modernized swimming pool and spa, the larger pergola featuring a square fire pit. To the expansive lawn we added two natural stone patios, clean gravel and stone pathways, retaining walls and fresh plantings.
Aquaterra PoolsThis modern style bbq area was design to match the architecture of the house. The white brick walls and the grey smooth finish counter-top blend well with the rest of the landscape. The white metal bar stools also add a great element to the bbq area. Welcome to AquaTerra Pools
Land & Water DesignThis project the home sat at the top of the hill with breathtaking views all around. The challenge was restrictions that dictated the placement of the pool a distance from the house. The final design was very pleasing with the swimming pool on the slope with these amazing views. A walkway leads from the side of the home to the pool gate. On entering the pool area, reveals a spa cascading into the pool, ample Techo-Bloc paver pool decking, and the valley laid out below. AMIDONIAN llcThe transformation begins with a recessed above ground pool, faux stone surround to match the house foundation, massaranduba hardwood decking, cement pavers in grey, and teak furniture. A fireplace and outside kitchen are being added in April 2015.
