Pamela Harvey InteriorsOur St. Pete studio designed this stunning home in a Greek Mediterranean style to create the best of Florida waterfront living. We started with a neutral palette and added pops of bright blue to recreate the hues of the ocean in the interiors. Every room is carefully curated to ensure a smooth flow and feel, including the luxurious bathroom, which evokes a calm, soothing vibe. All the bedrooms are decorated to ensure they blend well with the rest of the home's decor. The large outdoor pool is another beautiful highlight which immediately puts one in a relaxing holiday mood!

Van Kirk & Sons Pools and SpasThis amazing swimming pool, spa, and whole outdoor living area is an outdoor paradise! Complete with wet edge spa, sun shelf for lounging in the pool, and four Van Kirk & Sons Pools & Spas custom made fire bowls, this pool is a dream come true!
place architecture:designPlace architecture:design enlarged the existing home with an inviting over-sized screened-in porch, an adjacent outdoor terrace, and a small covered porch over the door to the mudroom.
These three additions accommodated the needs of the clients’ large family and their friends, and allowed for maximum usage three-quarters of the year. A design aesthetic with traditional trim was incorporated, while keeping the sight lines minimal to achieve maximum views of the outdoors.

Charlotte DreamScapesThe wall with the fence on top of it. The fence is not anchored behind the wall, instead the posts are freely floating through gravel behind the wall and are anchored in the wall's 1 foot foundation and an additional 3 feet below that.

A shady sideyard is paved with reused stone and gravel. Generous pots, the client's collection of whimsical ceramic frogs, and a birdbath add interest and form to the narrow area. Beginning groundcovers will fill in densely. The pathway is shared with neighbor. A variety of textured and colorful shady plants fill the area for beauty and interest all year.
