Susan Currie DesignThese clients were looking for a soothing, traditional second floor sitting area. Susan Currie Design answered the call with pale blues and beiges, comfortable but refined furniture, and a spacious built-in media center, and custom upholstery and draperies.
Pale blues, gentle wave and paisley patterns, and soft upholstered furniture welcome the homeowners to sit down and relax after a long day at work. The space sets one at ease.

First LampThis project was the flagship project for First Lamp. It was designed and constructed by Kevin and Taylor as a testing ground for future collaboration. Since ownership, design, and construction were all represented between the two team members, this project communicates First Lamp’s position on architectural design better than any to date. Despite its small scale, it is the purest example of the type of work that First Lamp will produce in the future.
The space lies in the basement of a three story residential condominium building in Queen Anne. Nestled almost entirely below grade, natural light and views to the outside were impossible from the outset. Therefore, the primary goal of the design was to create a comfortable urban retreat that is isolated completely from the surrounding environment.

Architecturally SpeakingThe use of hidden support system allows for complete freedom and simplicity in the design and layout of the various elements. Using the system of asymmetry allows for a sense of balance and harmony with the surrounding elements. Removing furniture at the wall allows for the TV to be at the proper viewing height.
LoftNetsTrès belle réalisation d'une Tiny House sur Lacanau fait par l’entreprise Ideal Tiny.
A la demande du client, le logement a été aménagé avec plusieurs filets LoftNets afin de rentabiliser l’espace, sécuriser l’étage et créer un espace de relaxation suspendu permettant de converser un maximum de luminosité dans la pièce.
Références : Deux filets d'habitation noirs en mailles tressées 15 mm pour la mezzanine et le garde-corps à l’étage et un filet d'habitation beige en mailles tressées 45 mm pour la terrasse extérieure.
