UserEasy access to the shut offs for the laundry allowed this homeowner to easily shut off the water to the laundry facilities when traveling. A large percentage of flooding occurs in the laundry room.

Minotti DesignThe laundry room demand function and storage, and both of those goals were accomplished in this design. The white acrylic cabinets and quartz tops give a fresh, clean feel to the room. The 3 inch thick floating shelves that wrap around the corner of the room add a modern edge and the over sized hardware continues the contemporary feel. The room is slightly warmed with the cool grey marble floors. There is extra space for storage in the pantry wall and ample countertop space for folding.
Renaissance Design StudioGauntlet Gray painted cabinetry
On the cooking wall, the small and high windows were eliminated to allow for more wall space and so that the cabinetry could be installed from floor to ceiling. The crown molding around the cabinetry surrounds the entire space which encompasses the family room and breakfast room.
The homeowner decided on keeping the existing marble flooring which is installed throughout the house.
The perimeter and all the millwork is painted Creamy by Sherwin Williams SW7012. The island, media center and laundry room cabinetry are painted Gauntlet Gray SW7017. All the cabinetry was custom milled by Wood.Mode custom cabinetry.

Johnson's Cabinetry and FlooringThis is a custom built beaded inset natural hickory laundry room. Each side of the sink has pullout hampers. Larger tower cabinets have hanging bars inside.
