Studio MonkrissThis project was created to showcase an portable fireplace as a product in-situ shot.
For this I made the room quite dark and modern so the white fireplace really stands out against the room.
Theater One IncThis room has a 5.1 surround sound system with a 75" flat panel TV and two 46" TV's allowing the owner to watch three sporting events at the same time. A custom stand was designed to mount the two smaller TV's to.
An Elan automation system was used to control A/V, lighting, climate, intercom and indoor/outdoor house audio.

The homeowner had a vision and definite idea about how this home needed to function and from there the design evolved with impeccable detail for all of its simplicity. The entire home is accessible and includes an in-law apartment.
M. Designs ArchitectsA basement with luxury! A curved ceiling on top, from where one can overlook all the activities happening in the lounge downstairs. A grand fireplace to cozy around with a warm rug and comfortable seating, perfect for those long conversations by the fire. The black tiles of the fireplace and the swimming pool wall are a great off-set against the white walls and flooring.

Ampia villa in città, all'interno di un contesto storico unico. Spazi ampi e moderni suddivisi su due piani.
L'intervento è stato un importante restauro dell'edificio ma è anche caratterizzato da scelte che hanno permesso di far convivere storico e moderno in spazi ricercati e raffinati.
Sala svago e tv. Sono presenti tappeti ed è evidente il camino passante tra questa stanza ed il salone principale. Evidenti le volte a crociera che connotano il locale che antecedentemente era adibito a stalla. Le murature in mattoni a vista sono stati accuratamente ristrutturati

THE CHALLENGE: Transform an outdated, uninspired condo into a unique, forward thinking home, while dealing with a limited capacity to remodel due to the buildings’ high-rise architectural restrictions.
THE SOLUTION: Warm wood clad walls were added throughout the home, creating architectural interest, as well as a sense of unity. Soft, textured furnishing was selected to elevate the home’s sophistication, while attention to layout and detail ensures its functionality.
