Bayon GardensOur front entry for this stunning contemporary home in Mornington includes a large functional driveway for the double garage and the use of bold and striking materials to suit the house palette.
With an influence of Palm Springs for the gardens, the front yard provides a meandering path to the seating area, and up the side of the house on the way to the poolside living in the rear. Each plant species a sculpture in itself, adds a feature to each area of the space. The concrete steps leading up to the front entry provide a luxurious vibe as you pass the custom planters which in time, will see the greenery grow up the feature brick wall.
YardDocThis backyard landscape design showcases our installation of a wooden decking area and concrete pathway. This is a good example of how different elements, such as wood and concrete, can compliment each other to create a natural look and feel. The row of small plants leading to the door also act as a welcome to the house.
Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.Our client spared no expense on this beautiful project, using massive rock slab steps on both sides of the house leading to the expansive back yard. The front utilizes natural rock for accents, address rock, and raised planters. We also used concrete edge as well as imported a 20mm aggregate from a quarry in BC for the beds to better match the house. A large paver patio in the back is the foundation for the gas custom fire pit and a dry river bed at the low spot carries any sheet drainage out the back to the natural area outside the property.
