Structureworks FabricationA custom 30' wide by 16' projection Trex Pergola kit finished in Baltic Light with Vintage Lantern square columns rests on a waterproof rooftop made of Trex Decking. Integrated lighting sets the evening ambiance with Trex Furniture adding a comfortable place to relax. An easy, low maintenance, retreat that blends seamlessly into it's wooded surroundings.
One Specialty Landscape Design, Pools & HardscapeOur clients knew they wanted their backyard living area to be a combination of modern and rustic, matching the modern interior of their home yet with the relaxing rustic ambiance of the great outdoors. A smooth cedar pergola was constructed to provide protection from the hot summer sun to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and dining area. We used wood tile veneer for the outdoor kitchen to match the indoor kitchen backsplash and topped it with a colored concrete counter top. A Corten steel square fire pit creates another gathering spot for relaxing.
Salt finish concrete patio and pads throughout the entire outdoor living space ties it all together.
Skyline design studioThis Wisteria shaded patio provides a cool spot to watch activity in the pool below or on the adjacent lawn. The curved patio and railing reaches out over the terraced hillside and gives the feeling of an overlook.

Chicago Roof Deck & GardenThis roofdeck highlights some of the best elements of outdoor construction materials. Highlighted with an array of reclaimed timber including Elm and Oak to the Ipe decking. A steel and cedar pergola help frame the Chicago skyline behind the stone fireplace. Cynthia Lynn
Adrienne DeRosaThe addition of the kitchenette on the rooftop transformed the patio into a fully-functioning entertainment space. The retractable awning provides shade on the hottest days, or it can be opened up to party under the stars.
Welcoming guests into their home is a way of life for the Novogratzes, and in turn was the primary focus of this renovation.
"We like to have a lot people over on the day-to-day as well as holiday family gatherings and parties with our friends", Cortney explains. With both Robert and Cortney hailing from the South; Virginia and Georgia respectively, the couple have it in their blood to open their home those around them. "We always believe that the most important thing in your home is those you share it with", she says, "so we love to keep up our southern hospitality and are constantly welcoming guests into our home."

Harrison's LandscapingCourtyard style garden with exposed concrete and timber cabana. The swimming pool is tiled with a white sandstone, This courtyard garden design shows off a great mixture of materials and plant species. Courtyard gardens are one of our specialties. This Garden was designed by Michael Cooke Garden Design. Effective courtyard garden is about keeping the design of the courtyard simple. Small courtyard gardens such as this coastal garden in Clovelly are about keeping the design simple.
The swimming pool is tiled internally with a really dark mosaic tile which contrasts nicely with the sandstone coping around the pool.
The cabana is a cool mixture of free form concrete, Spotted Gum vertical slats and a lined ceiling roof. The flooring is also Spotted Gum to tie in with the slats.

Zaremba & CompanyThis project is an example of the power of a simple design to create an extraordinary outdoor living space. A custom pergola frames views of Deer Lake beyond while creating an inviting space to relax and gather with friends or family.
