Mosby Building Arts
An historic St. Louis home by architect Frederick Dunn has a refurbished yard designed in harmony with the clean lines of the home and grounds.
A brick and metal staircase with retaining walls is the new approach to the re-graded rear yard with a heated pool, fountain and the choice of lounging on limestone or grass patio areas.

Partridge Fine Landscapes Ltd.
With the goal of enhancing the connection between interior and exterior, backyard and side yard, and natural and man-made features, Partridge Fine Landscapes Ltd. drew on nature for inspiration. We worked around one of Oakville’s largest oak trees introducing curved braces and sculpted ends to an organic patio enhanced with wild bed lines tamed by a flagstone mowing strip. The result is a subtle layering of elements where each element effortlessly blends into the next. Linear structures bordered by manicured lawn and carefully planned perennials delineate the start of a dynamic and unbridled space. Pathways casually direct your steps to and from the pool area while the gentle murmur of the waterfall enhances the pervading peace of this outdoor sanctuary.
FormLA Landscaping
Because the IdealMow lawn needs no support from toxic chemicals to maintain its aesthetic, it is a healthy, safe place for pets and kids to play. It's also resilient to their traffic.
Twisted Rock Terrascape & Design, Inc.
Our clients hired us to create a landscape for their new acreage that stays true to the native setting. We utilized natural rock, large southern Alberta native trees and plantings, with rock slabs for steps down the walkout sides of the home. The new asphalt driveway will be going in now that the landscaping is complete.
Alderwood Landscape Architecture and Construction
Our clients wanted a re-designed entry-way for family and guests. Natural stone pavers line the landscaping and driveway. Brick elements and plants keep the natural traditional element of the house.
Chiltern Garden Design
Viewed from the large patio doors, the natural stone dining terrace gives way to a snaking sett path which defines two circular lawns, and creates exciting planting pockets either side.

This play area is located so that Mom can keep an eye on the kids from the kitchen, deck or rear patio. The circular stone border contains the mulch and repeats the smaller circular stone border around the fire pit area. Matching stepping stones connect those spaces as well as connect the play area to patio and steps entering the back yard. Chartreuse plants help to brighten this vary shady space. Chiltern Garden Design
A large lawn offsets the planting and terraces, leading the eye to the end of the garden where three mature trees have been placed to create autumn drama when the colours ignite.
