Urban Oasis Design & Construction LLCOur client wanted to create a fresh outdoor living space within their outdated backyard and to give a makeover to their entire property. The overall setting was a tremendous asset to the spaces - a large wetland area just behind their home, full of interesting birds and wildlife that the homeowner values.
We designed and built a spacious covered outdoor living space as the backyard focal point. The kitchen and bar area feature a Hestan grill, kegerator and refrigerator along with ample counter space. This structure is heated by Infratech heaters for maximum all-season use. An array of six skylights allows light into the space and the adjacent windows.
While the covered space is the focal point of the backyard, the entire property was redesigned to include a bluestone patio and pathway, dry creek bed, new planting, extensive low voltage outdoor lighting and a new entry monument.
The design fits seamlessly among the existing mature trees and the backdrop of a beautiful wetland area beyond. The structure feels as if it has always been a part of the home.

Daniels Design & RemodelingThe homeowners had a very large and beautiful meadow-like backyard, surrounded by full grown trees and unfortunately mosquitoes. To minimize mosquito exposure for them and their baby, they needed a screened porch to be able to enjoy meals and relax in the beautiful outdoors. They also wanted a large deck/patio area for outdoor family and friends entertaining. We constructed an amazing detached oasis: an enclosed screened porch structure with all stone masonry fireplace, an integrated composite deck surface, large flagstone patio, and 2 flagstone walkways, which is also outfitted with a TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, recessed and accent lighting.

LUSH REMODELING & DEVELOPMENT INCIn this project we have transformed an intimate backyard into a high-end patio including: artificial grass, stepping stones, stamp concrete, custom made fire –pit with a concrete bench, Alumawood patio cover with canopy, lighting and electric outlets.
THE KING'S MASONSThe stone fireplace was designed with a Roman arched opening with a keystone element. We used a lighter stone color and built up the border to provide contrast. A TV connection is available behind the clock and is set up above the fireplace for entertaining.

Milgard Windows & DoorsThey also created an entertaining area in the backyard that really opened the space and made it feel open and inviting for guests. The black railings provided a nice accent to the black windows and patio doors. With the cleaned up landscape and nice deck and backyard, this house looks fantastic.
