KD LandscapeEntering the back gardens, guests are greeted by an expansive, two-tiered pergola made from rough-sawn cedar. Limestone columns provide a solid visual base for the posts. Look closely and you'll see one of the two swings at the end of the pergola. Landscape design by John Algozzini.

Maraya Interior DesignWonderfully colorful and full of energy, this is a large Italian Villa for a young family. Designed to be as bright, wild and fun as the Winn Resort in Las Vegas.
Children are growing up here, bowling, gaming, as the rest of the home features hand carved woods and limestones, handmade custom mosaics and rich textures. Kitchen area has a mosaic name shield behind range, whilst above the range is a a carved limestone range hood. Reds feature strongly in this beautiful home, as well as black and cream. Wrought iron fixtures including the stair rails, lighting and fireplace screens. Outdoor loggia lounge areas and bar b q areas, are all also designed by Maraya Interior Design, along with the multiple outdoor walks and halls. The entry shows a red glass chandelier inside a dome, with arched doors and windows.
Project Location: Santa Barbara, California. Project designed by Maraya Interior Design. From their beautiful resort town of Ojai, they serve clients in Montecito, Hope Ranch, Malibu, Westlake and Calabasas, across the tri-county areas of Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles, south to Hidden Hills- north through Solvang and more.

LuxapatioA complete contemporary backyard project was taken to another level of design. This amazing backyard was completed in the beginning of 2013 in Weston, Florida.
The project included an Outdoor Kitchen with equipment by Lynx, and finished with Emperador Light Marble and a Spanish stone on walls. Also, a 32” X 16” wooden pergola attached to the house with a customized wooden wall for the TV on a structured bench with the same finishes matching the Outdoor Kitchen. The project also consist of outdoor furniture by The Patio District, pool deck with gold travertine material, and an ivy wall with LED lights and custom construction with Black Absolute granite finish and grey stone on walls.

KD LandscapeBluestone is a timeless and versatile sandstone product, quarried mostly in Pennsylvania. Bluestone blends subtly with a wide assortment of other materials as evidenced here in combination with limestone and cedar. This is thermal bluestone in a range commonly referenced as blue/blue.
ODS ArchitecturePreviously a utilitarian flat roof was transformed into a large outdoor living area with full kitchen, dining and living areas on two levels. LED outdoor step lights provide a glow at night, as does the new fire pit. The Specstone porcelain floor pavers sit on Bison pedestal supports for drainage and maintenance.
Regency Custom HomesOvert the top BBQ ramada with stereo, misting, TV, bar top, and every possible BBQ appliance.
Ryan Hughes DesignThis glistening full length kitchen fills the outdoor pavilion with durability and functionality for outdoor gatherings. Stainless Steel outdoor appliances including a Fire Magic grill complements an Islandstone backsplash and large tile flooring to add elegance to the custom kitchen pavilion design. LandCrafters, LLCA masonry grill station of Eden veneer with a cut bluestone coping surrounds a ProFire gas grill, side burners, trash and recycling pull out and outdoor faucet and sink. A Kamado Joe Classic Joe was also integrated within the grill station. A bar overlooks the roofed fire pit/entertainment area allowing guests full view of the outdoor television. A bluestone patio echoes the coping of the bar and grill station.
