TERRE D'HABITATSCette jeune entrepreneure souhaite pouvoir bénéficier d'un espace extérieur agréable et confortable. Pouvoir se détendre après de longue journée de travail, se poser pour un moment cocon le week end ou encore profiter de belle soirée entre amis dans un petit oasis niché dans son appartement en location à Toulouse. Challenge agencement et déco démontable et à moindre frais!
Terrasse Paradis10m2 ! Petite surface mais gros défi pour ce balcon où chaque mètre carré devait être repensé et réinventé pour y créer une cuisine d'été, un coin repas et un espace détente. Sans oublier des solutions de rangements et deux objectifs : faire de cet extérieur une vraie pièce supplémentaire, et impacter positivement la clarté à l'intérieur de l'appartement.
Les couleurs de l'ensemble, sobres et lumineuses (déclinaison de blanc cassé, de beige et d'écru) sont réveillés par des touches de vert olive (banquette et crédence). Côté matériaux, de l'enduit à la chaux, du carrelage façon bejmat, du bois et des fibres (de coco et de jute) ont été mixés pour rester dans une ambiance méditerranéenne. Enfin, des arrondis (banquette sur-mesure et éléments de mobilier) ont été intégrés pour casser l'aspect très rectiligne et favoriser l'optimisation de l'espace.
Ce balcon est désormais 100% optimisé. Il ne reste plus qu'à profiter de la vue imprenable sur les toits marseillais du quartier d’Endoume.
UserA beautiful balcony that could be a perfect spot to relax in summer, was used as storage space and drying area. Because of the hard metal floor, the area looked cold and not welcoming at all. We decided to add a floor on top of the existing floor that would make the balcony more warm and comfortable to walk on. In the corner we created a relaxing area with a comfortable chair and a plant on top of a coffee table.
Perfect reading spot for the summer!
The clients are very happy, they never used to come to this corner, and now it is one of their favourite spots of the house ?

This balcony design induces all year green plants, accent lighting, outdoor rug and furniture that can not only withstand sun exposure, but also give the balcony real home feel.
We used contemporary style in the balcony design to match the minimlaistic city architecture of the building.
